At the Tuesday evening’s Village of Harriman Board meeting, Officer Andrew Ludewig was unanimously promoted to the rank of sergeant. Officer John Levison has been promoted to the rank of sergeant for the Village of Harriman Police Department. Levison has 30 years of experience in law enforcement and 17 years as a police officer.
