    At the Tuesday evening’s Village of Harriman Board meeting, Officer Andrew Ludewig was unanimously promoted to the rank of sergeant. Before joining the Village of Harriman in 2019, Ludewig worked for the State Police as a detective. Pictured from left to right are Harriman Mayor Lou Medina, Sgt.
