‘The Democrats are using this legislation to make sure ... they can grab and hold on to power for good, and people are falling for it’

While some may use the blocking of H.R. 1, the so-called For the People Act, which would be better described as the Democrat Power Seizure Act, and the blocking of the Jan. 6th commission, as a reason to abolish the filibuster.

They certainly are not.

Democrats will always flip-flop on their opinion of the filibuster. Senate Democrats and Cyrin’ Chuck Schumer used the filibuster over 300 times during the Trump administration. Even while President Trump and some other Republicans called for the abolition of the filibuster during this time, Senate Republicans largely opposed eliminating it.

Another common claim from the left is that H.R. 1 will protect voting rights.

This is fundamentally wrong.

H.R. 1 would usurp the power of state legislatures and their authority to make laws regarding elections, focusing more power into the hands of Nervous Nancy and Cackling Kamala (of course, I purposely left out the creepy hoarse whisper, he’s not running anything.)

The Democrats are using this legislation to make sure of one thing, and it isn’t voter rights. They want to make sure they can grab and hold on to power for good, and people are falling for it.

Nervous Nancy’s Jan 6 commission did not clear the filibuster because it lacked pur pose. With a DOJ probe already under way, there was no reason to waste valuable time and taxpayer money on the commission.

The scope of the commission was also insufficient. Democrats supported and encouraged BLM and ANTIFA riots throughout the summer of 2020, Cackling Kamala even shared a bail fund on twitter to release the rioters, so they could continue to riot.

The lamestream media barely covered any of these riots, but when Fake News CNN did, the banner on the television screen read, “Fiery but mostly peaceful protest” as people set blazes behind the reporter.

Jan 6 was a riot, no doubt, but it lasted a few hours, had less damage done, and less fatalities (by the way, who shot Ashli Babbit?) than the riots that destroyed cities like Portland for months.

The Fake News covers up and distorts the truth to push the Democrat agenda. Both bills, if passed, would harm and weaken our republic, and begin a new era of radical left policies. Thankfully, the filibuster will prevent that from happening.

I would say contact your Senators to voice support for the filibuster, but it is quite clear where Cryin’ Chuck and Crazy Kristen stand.

So instead I’ll leave you with the words of President Trump: “We will make America powerful again. We will make America wealthy again. We will make America strong again. We will make America proud again. We will make America great again.”

Ladies and Gentlemen, we will do all this by firing Chuck Schumer in 2022, and reelecting, for the third time, President Donald J. Trump in 2024.
