March 5
Jose Gomez-Gomez, 22, of Monroe was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was arrested again the next day for the same charge and released on an appearance ticket.
Jonathan Hernandez Escobar, 36, of Monroe was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Bata Kuaratskhelia, 37, of Monroe was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Christopher J. Hufcut, 58, of Pine Bush was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
