Frank J. Ingegneri

Frank J. Ingegneri of Highland Mills New York passed away at Garnet Health Medical Center on Thursday, March 20, 2025. He was 61 years old.

The son of Anthony and Josephine (Ruello) Ingegneri, he was born in Atlantic City, N.J., on April 25, 1963.

Frank worked in the family business, Manhattan Cleaners and Tailors in Atlantic City, N.J.

Frank also had an extraordinary love of music. He was a true rock ‘n’ roll roller, played guitar and knew all the words to hundreds of songs.

On his deathbed, as his family was around him, he gave them the “rock on” hand sign and made them all laugh as he was preparing to leave this world and pass over to heaven.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving sisters, Catherine Israel of Highland Mills, New York, and Domenica Conover of Fort Myers, Florida; nephew Anthony Israel and his wife Jessica, along with their children, Henry and Andrew; nieces Katie Israel and Sandy Chafe; nephew Edward Conover IV; brother-in-law Anthony Levens and many cousins near and dear to his heart from the United States, Italy and Australia.

In addition to his parents, Frank was predeceased by his brother-in-law Edward Conover.

A memorial mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 28, at Saint Patrick’s Church, 26 Hunter St., Highland Mills.

Arrangements made by Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc., 515 Route 32, Highland Mills.

Cremation took place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope.
