Paul Ellis-Graham, former president of the Monroe Historical Society and retired social studies teacher at Monroe-Woodbury High School, will detail at the November meeting of the Monroe Historical Society "The Baltimore plot against Abraham Lincoln." It details the threats to Lincoln's life as he traveled by train into the South and explains the steps taken by Lincoln's supporter's to ensure his safe arrival in Washington.
