The Monroe United Methodist Church recently initiated a program called “Flavors for Life Savers,” designed to show gratitude to workers at Valley View Center Nursing Care in Goshen. The effort was led by pastor, the Rev. Ross Topliff. Members of the church raised about $550 and then bought meals for 64 workers at Valley View. “We deeply appreciate the work of these brave and dedicated health workers who are risking themselves to take care of many elderly and others during the pandemic,” said church member Fred Schuepfer.
