Assemblyman Colin J. Schmitt (R,C,I-New Windsor) presented Carol Herb of the Village of Woodbury an official New York State Assembly Citation as a surprise with the Village Board to honor her service to the community. Carol Herb has served as the Village Tax Collector for more than 30 years and is known for her volunteerism with the PTA and Woodbury Senior Center.
