As a registered Democrat, I plan to vote for two Republicans for re-election to the Woodbury Village Board.
Andrew Giacomazza and Jesus Gomez have worked seamlessly with the Mayor and other Trustees for the benefit of Woodbury.
Among their accomplishments are much needed code changes, protection of our natural resources, formation of a Land Preservation Committee, complete transparency in their public meetings, frequent village updates, initiation of a review of our Comprehensive Plan and addressing zombie and derelict properties.
The Giacomazza-Gomez team is more than lip service. They are a team in action.
They listen to their constituents and help them with any problems they may be experiencing.
They are readily available and easily accessible.
Now, more than ever, when our Village is engaging in so many positive endeavors to move Woodbury forward, we need to maintain the cohesive board that we have.
Look back on their previous platform and you will see that the promises made were the promises kept.
Do right by Woodbury: Vote Giacomazza and Gomez on November 3.
