Orange County Sheriff’s Office stands with the Jewish Community during recent outrageous prejudice behavior

The Orange County Sheriffs Office is appalled by the recent acts of anti-Semitic hatred pervading the social media and streets in our county.

This bias and demonization of our neighbors, rooted in ignorance and insecurity, has no place in a civil society.

We stand with the Jewish community, in support of their traditions and lives as American citizens, and with acknowledgment of their significant contributions to the strength of our nation.

It is the role of families and educators to inoculate against prejudice.

It is the role of our office to investigate and apprehend those who would sow violence.

It is the responsibility of us all to ensure we live in safety, liberty, and peace.
