CENTRAL VALLEY — On a rainy overcast Thursday, Oct. 1, the Monroe-Woodbury High School Varsity Girls Soccer team hosted a match with the Vikings of Valley Central.
The Crusaders defense allowed only one shot in shutting down the Vikings by a score of 3-0.
Elizabeth Myers led the Crusader offense with a goal and an assist, while Erica Doering posted the shutout in net for the team.
The victory brings the Crusaders's record to 7-3 on the season with a 4-0 record in the OCIAA Division 1.
