Willie Earl Jones, 29, of Newburgh, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

Aug. 18

Stephen J. Rizzo, 42, of Highland Mills, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree unlawful possession of personal identification, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail on $1,000 cash bail or $3,000 bond.

Aug. 20

Benjamin Soto, 53, of Pleasant Valley, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Camra E. Crumble, 34, of East Orange, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Jameel Abdur-Raheem, 45, of Middletown, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Shaneeka M. Balnding, 43, of Brooklyn, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
