Ivan Balbuena Hernandez, 32, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 14.

Sept. 1

Lusbi Herrera Villatoro, 34, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree aggravated harassment and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. She was released to appear in village court on Sept. 7.

Sept. 4

Giorgi Gvimradze, 49, of Monroe, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 21.

A 19-year-old male from Monroe was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 21.

Victor Molino, 43, of Monroe, was charged with an open-container violation and released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 21.

Jorge Diaz Martinez, 20, of Monroe, was charged with an open-container violation and released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 21.

Sept. 7

Jovan Reaves, 29, of Brooklyn, was charged with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree grand larceny, felonies. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

Julio Castillo Carbajal, 44, of Newburgh, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 5.

A 19-year-old male from Monroe was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 5.

Brian R. Shalansky, 47, of Woodridge, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.

Sept. 3

Lucina Lopez Santiago, 31, of Florida, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. Subject was released to a third party.

Anthony J. Lista, 25, of Goshen, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.

Sept. 9

Lauren E. Santoro, 41, of Highland Mills, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Samuel H. Snover, 35, of Port Jervis, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree operator impaired by drugs, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
