Harriman Village Police

Aug. 31

Amanda Jewell, 37, of Harriman, was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 13.

Monroe Village Police

Aug. 27

Cesar Perez Ramirez, 39, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 7.

Aug. 29

Patrick Burke, 41, of Middletown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 7.

Aug. 31

James Chambers, 26, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 31.

State Police at Monroe

Aug. 25

Gloria Gomez, 55, of Long Island City, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, a felony. She was released to a third party.

Aug. 28

Francis Gonzalez, 27, of the Bronx, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

A 17-year-old Central Valley youth was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Aug. 30

Petro Polyakov, 25, of Glenwood, N.J., was charged with leaving the scene of an injury accident, a misdemeanor, driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, felonies because of two previous convictions in ten years. Polyakov was released to a third party.

Alex Valla, 24, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.

Yessenia D. Victoria, 32, of the Bronx, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor, and in the first and third degrees, felonies. Victoria was released on an appearance ticket.

Sept. 2

Edras P. Castoneda Mena, 37, of Hempstead, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, a felony. Castoneda Mena was released on an appearance ticket.
