    May 26

    Komang Sanjaya, 44, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree forgery and criminal possession of a forged instrument, felonies. He was released on an appearance ticket for June 15.

    Woodbury Town Police

    May 18

    Samantha Sardo, 26, of Queens, was arrested on a bench warrant for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and false personation, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.

    Chance D. Robinson, 23, of Staten Island, was charged with being a fugitive from justice, second-degree criminal mischief, felonies, and trespassing, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    May 21

    Kevin H. Escalante Hernandez, 31, of Garnerville, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    William H. Leon, 48, of Washingtonville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.
