    Monroe Village Police

    Feb. 26

    Miguel A. Garcia, 34, of Lincoln Park, N.J., was charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and an open container in a motor vehicle violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for March 16.

    Feb. 27

    Jose Lazo-Alberto, 46, of Harriman, was charged with having an open container on public property, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for March 16.

    March 1

    Gregory R. Gilligan, 64, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and two counts of harassment, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for March 16.

    March 2

    Luis A. Perez, 46, of Middletown, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for March 30.

    Woodbury Town Police

    Two 16-year-old males and one 17-year-old male, all from Brooklyn, were charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on appearance tickets.

    Feb. 27

    Kristie J. O’Hara, 20, of Bloomingburg, was charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. She was released on an appearance ticket.

    Bjorn O. Egenes, 33, of Bloomingburg, was charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Feb. 28

    Brian A. Thome, 41, of Suffern, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felonies, third-degree identity theft, and third-degree unlawful possession of personal identification, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Joyce Valigorsky, 37, of Goshen, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    March 4

    Marco Canela Rodriguez, 33, of Monroe was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a felony, driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Raul Melo, 29, of Brooklyn, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket
