    March 19

    Pamela Lee, 64, of Monroe, was charged with driving with ability impaired by alcohol, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.

    March 24

    Fredrick Mehler, 48, of Haines Falls, was arrested on a bench warrant for first-degree sexual abuse, a felony. He was arraigned and released on an appearance ticket.

    Kathy C. Feliciano, 43, of Clifton, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Emma A. Olivencia, 30, Gabriella N. Rivera, 23, and Iris S. Rogucki, 31, all of the Bronx, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and were released on appearance tickets.

    Stephen Parisi, 52, of Langhorne, Pa., was charged with two counts of issuing a bad check, a misdemeanor, and third-degree grand larceny, a felony. He was released on an appearance ticket.
