    Monroe Village Police

    June 1

    Douglas J. LaForge, 47, of Middletown, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for later the same day.

    June 4

    German Milla Ramos, 32, of Monroe, was charged with two counts of first-degree rape, a felony, and two counts of sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for June 15.

    June 6

    Luis J. Rodriguez, 20, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct, violations. He was released to appear in village court on June 15.

    Alexander Rivas, 22, of Monroe was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct, violations. He was arrested again the next day and charged with second-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for June 15.

    June 8

    Paul A. Torres-Marquez, 22, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct, violations. In connection with a separate incident, he was also charged with third-degree assault, second-degree menacing, and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for June 15.

    June 5

    Damian C. Bamberg, 56, of the Bronx, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    State Police at Monroe

    June 4

    Carianne M. Reynolds, 21, of Harriman, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.

    Marvin R. Nolasco, 23, and Jose H. Dominguez Nolasco, 22, both of Monroe, were charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors, and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, a felony. They were released to third parties.

    June 7

    Raju M. Thomas, 58, of Nanuet, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. Thomas was released to a third party.

    June 10

    Chaya Gluck, 36, of Bloomingburg, and Avraham Teitelbaum, 28, of Brooklyn, were charged with custodial interference, a misdemeanor. Gluck was also charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. They were released on appearance tickets.
