Jan. 1

Wayne C. Freeman, 36, of Highland Mills, was charged with driving while intoxicated, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 18.

Dennys G. Sanchez Garcia, 36, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, felonies because of previous convictions, and a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated. He was released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 18.

Shaun R. Fisher, 34, of Harriman, was charged with trespassing, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 18.

Jan. 4

Jennifer B. Flanagan, 35, of West Nyack, was arrested on a warrant for criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and was released on an appearance ticket for later the same day.

Dec. 31

Derek R. Davies, 21, of Sussex, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

Avery Willis, 45, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Derby Ledesma Alvarez, 21, of Revere, Mass., and two 19-year-old males from Winthrop, Mass., and E. Boston, Mass., were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic with intent to sell) and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies. They were released on an appearance ticket.

Jan. 3

A 17-year-old youth from Monroe was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Jan. 4

Kerry Ann Morrison, 43, of New Hampton, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Jan. 7

Nikoll Dedvukaj, 42, of Lyndhurst, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.

Jimmy Gonzalez, 27, of Highland Lakes, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

David P. Hineman, 43, of Danvers, Mass., was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
