    Maria Ojeda-Saldana, 35, of Newburgh, was charged with falsely using altered registration, a misdemeanor, and released pending a future court appearance.

    Jan. 15

    A Harriman man was charged with trespassing and open-container, violations. He was arrested again later the same day for trespassing again. He was issued an appearance ticket for Feb. 2.

    Christopher Polichetti, 41, of Woodbury, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Feb. 16.

    Fernando Rameriz Martinez, 38, of Bridgeport, Conn., was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 2.

    Pedro Guaraca-Evas, 38, of Monroe, was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 2.

    A 19-year-old male from Goshen was charged with assault with intent to cause serious physical injury, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Rudy A. Mejia Bonilla, 38, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Jarred T. Sweeney, 32, of Brooklyn, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree grand larceny, felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    Jan. 20

    Ian D. Harriton, 28, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree grand larceny, second-degree forgery and first-degree falsifying business records, felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket.
