Police Blotters for Harriman, Monroe and Woodbury – March 11, 2022
Harriman Village Police
Feb. 18
A 44-year-old man from Monroe was arrested on a warrant and charged with an immigration violation. He was turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement of the Department of Homeland Security.
Feb 21
Evelio Vazquez, 53, of Newburgh, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Monroe Village Police
March 5
Juan J. Giron, 23, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors, following a motor vehicle accident. He was released on an appearance ticket for March 16.
Fernando Sanchez-Meza, 40, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for March 16.
March 6
Brenda Zaldivar-Reyes, 24, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for endangering the welfare of a child, and obstructing governmental administration, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for March 9.
Steven W. Best, 29, of Monroe was charged with obstructing governmental administration, third-degree criminal trespassing, misdemeanors, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was arrested the next day and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. There were also two warrants for his arrest for driving while intoxicated, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors, and loitering, a violation. He was turned over to the Newburgh police with regards to the last two charges.
March 7
George Rodriguerziz-Quirz, 21, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and released to appear in village court on March 30.
William S. Kleiber, 35, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt of court and fourth-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for March 16.
March 8
A 47-year-old man, of Washingtonville, was charged with public urination, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.
Woodbury Town Police
March 6
Martez D. Givens, 39, of Cincinnati, Ohio, was charged with third and fourth-degree grand larceny, felonies, and criminal possession of an anti-security item, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.
March 8
Richard V. Mullings, 54, of Ansonia, Conn., was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of burglar tools, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
James F. Mongan, 41, of Highland Mills, was charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree assault, felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket.
State Police at Monroe
March 5
Philip M. Infuso, 34, of Florida, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, alcohol, a felony, driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
March 6
Stephanie K. Struble,21, of West Milford, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.
Kim Dedalto, 29, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.
