    Maren Geider, 33, of Cold Springs, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Jan. 8Goderdzi Eliozashzili, 49, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 2.

    Jan. 9

    Jason N. Farinacci, 39, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 19.

    Brandon White, 39, of Dayton, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Jan. 12

    Adrian R. Taylor, 44, of Rochester, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and criminal possession of an anti-security item, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail

    Andrew L. Bogle, 38, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Jan. 10

    Deyvy M. Garcia, 20, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent, misdemeanors, and released to a third party.

    Jan. 12

    Brian Ort, 31, of Sparrow Bush, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving with ability impaired by drugs and alcohol. He was released to a third party.

    John C. Sweeney, 35, of Highland Lakes, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    A 13-year-old male from Florida,was charged with making a false report: school grounds, a felony. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Fran Martinez, 60, of Monticello, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.
