Harriman Village Police

Dec. 5

Rodney N. Amoyaw, 33, of the Bronx and Middletown, was charged with switching a vehicle identification number, a felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a forged instrument and criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Dec. 2

Andrew Bogle, 39, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 7.

Dec. 3

Margarita Galetovic, 46, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. She was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 21.

Shimon Rosenblatt, 23, of Monsey, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 11.

Jose Gomez Castillo, 32, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 21.

Christopher Groben, 46, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 21.

Dec. 8

Paul Torres-Marquez, 23, of Monroe, was arrested on four warrants for driving while intoxicated, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, and second-degree menacing, misdemeanors. He was arraigned and issued an appearance ticket for Dec. 21.

A 19-year-old Queens male was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Dec. 4

Chasity Dominicci, 31, of the Bronx, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Jose M. Mata Garcia, 27, of Monroe, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Christopher P. Quinn, 44, of Troy, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

Anamaria Montano Gupta, 26, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, felonies, and use of a vehicle without an interlock device, a misdemeanor. She was released to a third party.

Mariusz P. Cebula, 42, of Washingtonville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.

Fredrick L. McClammy, 29, of the Bronx, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

Juan J. Zambrano, 22, of Newburgh, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors.

Richard Figueroa, 34, of Monroe, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation: alcohol, a felony, and first-degree operator impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.
