Dec. 16

Shaun Fisher, 34, of Harriman, was charged with trespassing, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 4.

Dec. 20

Nelson Jaques, 46, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 4.

Dec. 21

Enrique Moreno, 29, of the Bronx, was arrested on a warrant for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court appearance.

Colleen Bernardo, 70, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for harassment, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for a future court appearance.

Woodbury Town Police

Dec. 13

Manuel Pantija, 31, of Highland Mills, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor, and two counts of criminal contempt, a felony. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Dec. 17

James Brown, 43, of Newburgh, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, criminal possession of an anti-security item and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Dec. 17

Jose Y. Martinez, 46, of Wallkill, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

Marvin J. Feeley, 31, of Freeport, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

Dec. 19

Alexis E. Griffith, 30, of the Bronx, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Dec. 22

Ryan M. Moses, 29, of Wurtsboro, was charged with third-degree bail jumping, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
