Nov. 26

Ivan Balbuena-Hernandez, 33, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 11.

Nov. 25

Ruben Anacona, 26, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal solicitation and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Francisco Galindo, 32, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Shawn Fisher, 34, of Harriman, was charged with trespassing, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 7.

Gerardo Castillo-Franco, 43, of Monroe, was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a felony, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 7.

Regina Brown, 25, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 21.

Brian Thome, 42, of Suffern, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felonies. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Johnny Drayton, 55, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.

Vincent O’Brien, 29, of New Hampton, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

Shaun R. Fisher, 34, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Augustine Nadreau, 28, of New Hampton, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Meghan A. Young, 22, of Highland Mills, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors.

Oscar A. Zempoaltecatl, 32, of Brooklyn, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

A 19-year-old male from Monroe was charged with first-degree rape, a felony, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, misdemeanors.
