    Aug. 5

    William Sierra-Duenas, 50, of Pawling, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 17.

    Kimberly Sands, 54, of Monroe, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 17.

    Immer Martinez Sorto, 24, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 17.

    Amaurys Holguin, 33, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 17.

    Jean Carlos Rodriguez, 21, of Chester, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 17.

    Umidjon Nizomov, 45, of Brooklyn, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 7.

    Robert Coyle, 35, of Goshen, was charged with soliciting and peddling without a license, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 17.

    Lisa Lepore, 42, of Middletown, was charged with theft of services, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 17.

    Jason C. Gonzalez, 48, and Ashley H. Williams, 34, both of the Bronx, were charged with multiple counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and released on appearance tickets.

    Aug. 8

    Janet M. Burke, 41, of Monroe, and Patrick M. Burke, 41, of Middletown, were charged with sixth-degree conspiracy and petty larceny, misdemeanors, and released on appearance tickets.

    Frank Gaudiello, 49, of Warwick, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, as well as in the third and second-degrees, felonies, and driving with ability impaired by drugs, a felony, because of a prior conviction. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Aug. 9

    Ryan Minard, 22, of Goshen, was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Carlos M. Martinez, 48, of Chester, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and driving with ability impaired by drugs, a felony, because of a previous conviction. He was released on an appearance ticket.
