    Harriman Village Police

    April 19

    Mark C. Houser, 29, of Harriman, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for May 13.

    Monroe Village Police

    April 18

    Paul A. Torres-Marquez, 22, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for April 19.

    Devin M. McAllister, 28, of Monroe, was charged with driving with ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for May 4.

    Marcin Kotarski, 34, of Monroe, was charged with an open-container violation, and released on an appearance ticket for May 4.

    April 21

    Darwin Remarche-Crespo, 22, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felonies, petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for May 4.

    Shara Jean-Gilles, 26, of Middletown, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and driving with a suspended registration, misdemeanors. She was released to appear in village court on May 18.

    Marvin J. Garcia-Gonzalez, 24, of Monroe, was charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for May 4.

    April 8

    Taylor M. Robinson, 25, of Highland Mills, was arrested on a bench warrant for second-degree harassment, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.

    April 17

    Michael A. Rodriquez, 21, of Central Valley, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and sent to Orange County Jail.

    An 18-year-old male from Central Valley was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment, violations, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Iman B. Barnes, 34, of Newark, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    April 17

    Kenneth A. Wright, 24, of Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Edgar X. Machorro, 43, of Highland Mills, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and aggravated criminal contempt, a felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    Henry P. Panta Criollo, 21, of Shrub Oak, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    April 18

    Yonin U. Delcid Orellana, 26, of Silver Springs, Md., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more. He was released on his own recognizance.

    April 22

    Marvin J. Garcia Gonzalez, 24, of Monroe, was charged with false personation, a misdemeanor, aggravated unlicensed operation/alcohol and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, felonies. He was released to a third party.

    Angel D. Guaman Armijos, 22, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. He was released to a third party.
