    Monroe Village Police

    Oct. 24

    Gerson Ramos, 30, of Monroe was charged with second-degree assault, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 20.

    Oct. 26

    A 24-year-old Monroe male was charged with an open-container violation in a motor vehicle, and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 20.

    Oct. 31

    Nancy Mejia Martinez, 33, of Monroe was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 20.

    Nov. 3

    Lisa Zente, 63, of Monroe was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Nov. 5

    Rusean J. Hyde, 30, of Newark, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 2

    Alex Reyes, 23, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Nov. 3

    Jose Ramon Chavarria, 41, of Fords, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors.

    Anderson Cruz Bonilla, 34, of Middletown was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Corey Michael Pilarczyk, 35, of Newark, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Evelyn Carpio, 22, of Queens was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
