Feb. 1
Edward Behr, 70, of Monroe, was charged with driving with ability impaired by alcohol, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Feb. 16
Edwin Ramos Ramos, 36, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released with an appearance ticket for March 6.
Gerson Benites-Borjas, 29, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for Feb. 21.

Janine Montanez, 52, of Highland Mills, was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor. She was released on an appearance ticket for March 6.

Jayne Deluca Polokoff, 71, of Chester, was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for March 6.
Feb. 21
Nikoloz Targamadze, 34, of Staten Island, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for March 6.

Feb. 10
Oscar J. Hernandezviliz, 31, of the Bronx, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felonies. He was released on his own recognizance.
Manuel Rioslopoez, 28, of Patterson, NJ, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petty larceny, misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

Christopher Houston, 26, of Slate Hill, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

Cecilia Rigan, 29, of Monroe, was charged with the felony of third-degree criminal mischief and the misdemeanors of second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Feb. 17
Hubert A. Mendoza Milla, 37, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Feb. 22
Anthony C. Natole, 47, of Harriman, was charged with the felony of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation/alcohol and the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated and circumventing an interlock device, and operating without said device.
