Harriman Village Police
Feb. 29
Michael Puzio, 34, of Harriman, was charged with the felonies of second-degree and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, as well as the same charge in the fourth degree, which is a misdemeanor, and endangering the welfare of a child, also a misdemeanor. He was held in Orange County Jail.
Monroe Village Police
Feb. 28
Ricardo Quiroz, 33, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for March 20.
March 5
Yoel Farkas, 43, of Monsey, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for April 3.
Woodbury Town Police
Feb. 28
Vanessa M. Bianco, 41, of Highland Mills, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and released on her own recognizance.
Christel A. Wood, 39, of Kingston, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on her own recognizance.
State Police at Monroe
Feb. 25
Vertus Volcimus, 34, of Wallkill, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
March 3
Stephan T. Mann, 41, of Cuddebackville, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, both misdemeanors.
