    Harriman Village Police

    Sept. 29

    A 59-year-old woman from Harriman was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 24.

    Sept. 26

    Levan Bakhtadze, 44, of Monroe was arrested on a warrant for a charge of fleeing a police officer. He was turned over to the New York State Police.

    Sept. 27

    A 27-year-old man from Harriman was charged with second-degree harassment and trespassing, violations. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16.

    Sept. 28

    Francesca Hruncich, 22, of Paramus, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16.

    Sept. 29

    Jose Perez Vasquez, 41, of Monroe was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, fourth-degree criminal solicitation, and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 20.

    Oct. 1

    Levan Mosemgvdlishvili, 47, of Monroe was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 6.

    Oct. 2

    A 26-year-old Monroe man was charged with trespassing, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 6.

    Terrence Samuel, 63, of Monroe was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned and issued an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 4

    Aiden Ludington, 27, of Monroe was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 6.

    Oct. 1

    Mark Bucaj, 45, of White Plains was charged with second-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief, felonies. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Jailyn Erdman, 30, of Newark, N.J., was charged with the felony of grand larceny and the misdemeanors of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and petty larceny. She was released on an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 1

    Samuel Stanley Saxton, 30, of Central Valley was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 3

    Jacques Albert Schapiro, 28, of West Haven, Conn., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Zia Uddin Ahmed, 27, of Sunnyside was charged with the felonies of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth and fifth degrees, and the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. She was issued an appearance ticket.

    Md Masud Rana, 33, of South Richmond was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.
