    September 3

    A 48-year-old man from Monroe was charged with an open-container violation and released on an appearance ticket for September 18.

    September 5

    Bryan Euraque Portilio, 22, of Monroe was arrested on a warrant for forcible touching, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for September 18.

    Juan Gomez Pineta, 39, of Monroe was charged with forcible touching, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for October 2.

    Carlos Luis-Mejia, 23, of Monroe was charged with aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for October 2.

    James Stevens, 39, of Harriman was arrested on a warrant for petty larceny and third-degree assault, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for September 18.

    Jon Bamond, 53, of Chester was charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for October 2.

    Edyl Diaz Mejia, 27, of Monroe was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket for September 11.
