Monroe Village Police
March 10
Jondo Vardanidze, 58, of Staten Island, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for March 20.
Isreal Castillo, 49, of Monroe, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for April 3.

March 3
Tia Rachel Scott, 38, of New Britain, Conn., was charged with petty larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. She was released on her own recognizance.
March 4
Cynthia L. Dubuisson, 32, of Newburgh, was charged with the misdemeanors of second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, having a false inspection certificate and motor vehicle violation registration, and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony. She was released on her own recognizance.

Dimitrio Hernandez, 43, of the Bronx, was charged with criminal possession of an anti-security item, a misdemeanor, and released on his own recognizance.

Yan C. Alvarez, 41, of the Bronx, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on his own recognizance.

Stephanie A. Sheridan, 28, of Brooklyn, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Roger A. Jefferson, 56, of Nanuet, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Joshua D. Donenko, 45, of New Hampton, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
