    Harriman Village Police

    Sept. 4

    Christopher Desposito, 45, of Harriman was charged with failure to report a change of address as a sex offender, a felony. He was released pending a future court appearance.

    Sept. 21

    Edwin Ramerez Patino, 36, of Monroe was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 2.

    Vanessa Castillo-Arevalo, 33, of Monroe was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16.

    Rocidel Mendoza, 28, of Monroe was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 2.

    Sept. 22

    Robert Coyle, 37, of Goshen was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 2.

    Joanne Cavalli, 59, of Washingtonville was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16.

    Sept. 24

    Carlos Gonzalez Lima, 30, of Monroe was charged with the felony of second-degree assault, and the misdemeanors of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail.

    Sept. 22

    Norberto Ramirez, 33, of the Bronx was charged with petty larceny and criminal possession of an anti-security item, misdemeanors, and released on his own recognizance.

    Sept. 25

    Robert L. Auliciano, 58, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.

    Levan Lemonjava, 46, of Monroe was charged with the felony of first-degree rape and the misdemeanors of second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree assault. He was arraigned and issued an appearance ticket.

    Sept. 26

    Christopher M. Campos, 32, of Warwick was charged with possessing obscene sexual performances by a child under 16, a felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    Sept. 28

    Rosimeiri D. Silva, 46, of Washingtonville was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. Silva was released to a third party.

    Sept. 30

    Sean Gaffney, 35, of Monroe was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
