Harriman Village Police
Dec. 13
Mauro Anuguisaca, 32, of Harriman was charged with two counts of assault, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. Anuguisaca was issued an appearance ticket.

Dec. 3
Margaret Hallas, 36, of Florida was charged with driving with ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 8.
Dec. 4
Hugh Flood, 42, of Monroe was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and disorderly conduct, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.
Woodbury Town Police
Dec. 1
Levano Grandez, 21, of Clifton, N.J., was charged with petty larceny and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.
A 19-year-old man from the Bronx was charged with grand larceny, a felony, and released on his own recognizance.

Dec. 1
Andy W. Rodriguez, 22, of Monroe was charged with criminal mischief and three counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Jony Bernabe Mendez Wugth, 24, of Goshen was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. Mendez Wugth was issued an appearance ticket.
