    Harriman Village Police

    Dec. 13

    Mauro Anuguisaca, 32, of Harriman was charged with two counts of assault, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. Anuguisaca was issued an appearance ticket.

    Monroe Village Police

    Dec. 3

    Margaret Hallas, 36, of Florida was charged with driving with ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 8.

    Dec. 4

    Hugh Flood, 42, of Monroe was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and disorderly conduct, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    Woodbury Town Police

    Dec. 1

    Levano Grandez, 21, of Clifton, N.J., was charged with petty larceny and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

    A 19-year-old man from the Bronx was charged with grand larceny, a felony, and released on his own recognizance.

    State Police at Monroe

    Dec. 1

    Andy W. Rodriguez, 22, of Monroe was charged with criminal mischief and three counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Dec. 7

    Jony Bernabe Mendez Wugth, 24, of Goshen was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. Mendez Wugth was issued an appearance ticket.

    Dec. 8

    Anniyah I. Gravesande, 27, of Freeport was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Dec. 12

    Cristian Sanchez Ochoa, 41, of Newburgh was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Jeevan Babu Sampangi, 57, of Harriman was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.
