    Monroe Village Police

    Sept. 14

    Miguel Gomez Gomez, 25, of Chester was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 2.

    Sept. 15

    Francisco Pedraza-Hernandez, 39, of Monroe was charged with the misdemeanors of criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child, and a harassment violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 18.

    Sept. 17

    Hugh Flood, 42, of Monroe was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. One hour later he was arrested again and charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16.

    Three Monroe men, ages 27, 32 and 24, were charged with open-container violations and released on appearance tickets for Oct. 2.

    Sept. 18

    Zaza Zuriashvili, 31, of Monroe was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 25.

    Sept. 19

    Santos Cabrera-Sanchez, 22, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 2.

    Sept. 20

    Rocidel Mendoza, 28, of Monroe was charged with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. She was arraigned and issued an appearance ticket for Oct. 2.

    Roini Mikadze, 25, of Monroe was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 2.

    Woodbury Town Police

    Sept. 16

    Jorge A. Avendano, 31, of Queens was charged with the misdemeanors of petty larceny and false personation, and the felonies of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was released on his own recognizance.

    Sept. 17

    Fuad Aljamal, 41, of Highland was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    State Police at Monroe

    Sept. 16

    Chadi Benkhadra, 24, of Harriman was charged with second-degree menacing and second-degree aggravated harassment, misdemeanors. Benkhadra was issued an appearance ticket.

    Jalin Hines, 25, of the Bronx was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. Hines was issued an appearance ticket.

    Sept. 17

    Angel J. Arancibia Campos, 40, of Inwood was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Sept. 23

    Mikheil Putkaradze, 31, of Highland Mills was charged with failure to secure a shiftable load, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
