Andrzej Trzonek, 68, of Monroe, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 3.
Mark Antonick, 75, of Waldwick, NJ, was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 3.
