Monroe Village Police
Oct. 10
A 50-year-old woman from Monroe was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16.
Oct. 18
Otari Ptskilishvili, 32, of Monroe was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 6.
Oct. 21
Manuel J. Galdamez-Vasquez, 26, was arrested on a bench warrant for driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
Woodbury Town Police
Oct. 18
Lawrence Browning, 43, of Staten Island was charged with second-degree grand larceny, two counts of third-degree grand larceny, and third-degree robbery, felonies. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
Oct. 19
Alberto Aliciea, 55, of Bayonne, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
State Police at Monroe
Oct. 14
Shomari Muhammud, 28, of New York, N.Y., was charged with the felony of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and the misdemeanors of unlawful purchase of body armor, third-degree criminal possession of cannabis, and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs. Muhammed was released on an appearance ticket.
Oct. 18
Eric M. Cotton, 43, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Oct. 21
Jeffrey P. Martinez, 36, of Monroe was charged with fourth-degree stalking, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket.
A 16-year-old was charged with four counts of petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and sent to family court.
