    Monroe Village Police

    Oct. 24

    Sheryl J. Zevallosayala, 30, of Monroe was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 20.

    Edi Reyes-Arieta, 32, of Monroe was charged with second-degree assault, a felony, second-degree reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Bartolome Ramos-Orellana, 54, of Monroe was charged with the felony of second-degree assault and the misdemeanors of second-degree menacing, third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Oct. 19

    Ohan Atallan Gomez, 29, of Brooklyn was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    State Police at Monroe

    Oct. 25

    Gerado Martinez, 36, of Central Valley was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Oct. 26

    Zachary W. Edelman, 28, of Napanoch was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Christian Alejandro Ochoa Cabrera, 28, of Stamford, Conn., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Oct. 27

    Neal A. Vassell, Jr., 33, of New Rochelle was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 29

    Dontaye Cerdososa, 31, of New York, N.Y., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Kevin M. Hackett, 34, of Wurtsboro was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 1

    Alfredo Narvalo Salcedo, 32, of Newburgh was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
