    Monroe Village Police

    Nov. 12

    Matthew O’Hara, 43, of Monroe was charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 20.

    Nov. 13

    Christopher DeGroat, 51, of Greenwood Lake was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and an ignition-interlock violation, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 20.

    Woodbury Town Police

    Nov. 12

    David Joseph Sardo, 60, of Port Jervis was charged with the misdemeanors of resisting arrest and second-degree obstructing governmental administration, and the felony of being a fugitive from justice. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Aaron M. Miller Johnson, 35, of Poughkeepsie was charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument, two counts of second-degree criminal drug use paraphernalia, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 15

    Luis Then, 28, of Middletown was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 16

    Angel Jose Hernandez 21, of the Bronx was charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and grand larceny, a felony. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 13

    Robert L. Mullins, 38, of South Fallsburg was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 23

    Daniel Francis O’Keeffe Jr., 27, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, felonies because of a previous conviction, and the misdemeanors of third-degree unlawful fleeing of a police officer in a motor vehicle and reckless driving. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Madison Morgan Knox, 31, of Middletown was charged with driving with ability impaired by drugs, a felony, and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
