    Monroe Village Police

    Oct. 8

    Khalid Baylor, 24, of Monroe was charged with menacing, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16.

    Oct. 9

    A 26-year-old man from Monroe was charged with an open-container violation. He was arrested later the same day for another open-container violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 6.

    Oct. 10

    An 18-year-old man from Monroe was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 12.

    Woodbury Town Police

    Oct. 6

    Andi Erdman, 30, of Clermont, Fla., was charged with the felonies of grand larceny, possession of burglary tools and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and the misdemeanor of petty larceny. She was released on her own recognizance.

    State Police at Monroe

    Oct. 7

    A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with three counts of first-degree knowingly make/possess dangerous contraband in prison and second-degree assault, felonies. The juvenile was issued an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 11

    Cristobel de Jesus Garcia Gutierrez, 36, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Solyenicsi Martinez, 29, of Monroe was charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
