Jan. 16
Shawnee Barrett, 28, of Freeport was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Jan. 17
Tuquell Graham, 27, of Middletown was arrested on a warrant for second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
Jan. 18
Gelvis Hernandez-Amaya, 26, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 5.
Aisling Fitzpatrick, 44, of Washingtonville was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 5.

Christian Etsaentsakua, 29, of New City was charged with the felony of second-degree assault, the violation of second-degree harassment, and the misdemeanor of third-degree assault. He was released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 5.
Lester Ico-Chiub, 24, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 5.

Jan. 15
Bryan A. Bedon, 23, of Monroe was charged with petty larceny and possession of an anti-security item, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Jan. 17
Joseph Abbondola, 62, of Yonkers was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

Maria Figuerva, 46, of Chester was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.

Matthew J. Rapisarda, 36, of Highland Mills was charged with two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger under 16, a felony; circumventing interlock subject to court order; operating a motor vehicle without a device; two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17; aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
