    Harriman Village Police

    Nov. 18

    Franky Azor, 25, of Harriman was charged with the felony of third-degree criminal mischief; the misdemeanors of criminal obstruction of breathing, third-degree assault, and second-degree menacing; and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 19.

    Monroe Village Police

    Nov. 15

    Wilmer Ramos-Turcios, 20, of Monroe was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree falsely reporting an incident, and second-degree criminal trespassing, misdemeanors. He was arrested again on Nov. 18 and charged with endangering the welfare of child, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for later the same day.

    Nov. 18

    Franky Azor, 25, of Harriman was charged with the felonies of second-degree attempted assault and second-degree criminal mischief; second-degree reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor; and the violations of second-degree harassment and leaving the scene of a property damage auto accident. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 21

    Jose Ventura Flores, 61, of Monroe was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 18.

    Nov. 23

    Jose Reyes-Flores, 36, of Washington, D.C., was charged with the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, and a trespassing violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 18.

    Valeria Torres, 21, of Monroe was charged with the felonies of first-degree attempted assault and second-degree assault, and two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. She was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Nov. 16

    John Bravo Castro, 27, of the Bronx was charged with grand larceny, a felony, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Dennis Tropin, 40, of Monroe was charged with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 17

    Jose Sevilla, 49, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 24

    Darwin Geovanny Tubon Gusto, 43, of Spring Valley was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Maria Deleon, 38, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 25

    Paul T. Becker, 41, of Goshen was charged with the felony of second-degree assault and three counts of sexual misconduct (engaging in oral sexual contact without consent) and forcible touching, both misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
