Monroe Village Police
Jan. 31
Kelvin Mejia, 24, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and an ignition interlock violation, both misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
Feb. 2
Edisher Korenteli, 44, of Highland Mills, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for March 6.
Elmer Dominguez-Perez, 22, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and turned over to the New York State Police.
Feb. 4
Iosebi Mosiashvili, 48, of Brooklyn, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 28.
Feb. 6
Samandar Safarov, 20, of Brooklyn, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for March 6.
Woodbury Town Police
Jan. 24
Isiah M. Collins Brown, 26, of Highland Mills, was charged with criminal contempt, harassment, and criminal mischief, all misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.
State Police at Monroe
Feb. 3
Olranado Menbreno, 43, of Central Valley, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, both misdemeanors. Menbreno was issued an appearance ticket.
Feb. 5
George E. Burns, 46, of New Hampton, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Feb. 6
J.W. Hamilton, 49, of Newburgh, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Rafaela Gutierrez, 22, and Alejandra Gutierrez, 25, both of Irvington, NJ, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on appearance tickets.
