    Monroe Village Police

    Sept. 17

    Andrew Bogle, 40, of Warwick, was arrested on two warrants for two charges of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Sept. 20.

    A 28-year-old male from Monroe was charged with an open-container violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 4.

    Sept. 18

    John Wagner, 55, of Newburgh, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 4.

    David Zuniga, 44, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 20.

    Sept. 11

    Nitish Mahahan, 33, of New Delhi, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Sept. 13

    Gerald Torres, 29, of the Bronx, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance.

    Sept. 16

    Darwin O. Martinez Palma, 22, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Edward M. O’Leary, 36, of Washingtonville, was charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Sept. 17

    Howard C. Monroe, 60, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Sept. 18

    Manuel M. Gaguana, 49, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Sept. 19

    Thomas Singleton, 43, of Monticello, was charged with tampering with physical evidence, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and one count in the second degree, felonies, obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, false inspection certificate and first-degree operator impaired by drugs, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Sept. 19

    Casandra Ahnstrom, 33, of Swan Lake, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Sept. 20

    Moises D. Quioto, 65, of Central Valley, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
