    Oct. 20

    Laylo Muminova, 46, of Monroe, was charged with having an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 3.

    Oct. 23

    Chad Maurer, 31, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 17.

    Rodolfo Gomez-Acatitlan, 37, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree criminal trespassing, misdemeanors. He was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $5,000 bond pending a Nov. 9 court appearance.

    Oct. 24

    A 46-year-old Flushing man was charged with public urination, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 17.

    Oct. 27

    Ashley Melladew, 36, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and several traffic violations. She was released to appear in village court on Nov. 17.

    Oct. 28

    Daniel Hilaire, 29, of Newburgh, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, and turned over to the Newburgh Police.
