Jose Henriquez-Romero, 40, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. He was released pending a future court appearance.

David Lucero, 22, of Monroe, was charged with fourth and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felonies, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree criminal contempt, and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 4.
Michelle Dominguez-Sanchez, 22, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors, and numerous vehicle and traffic violations. She was issued an appearance ticket for Aug. 4.
Nicole Gutierrez, 25, of Liberty, was arrested on a warrant for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was turned over the to the New York State Police at Wurtsboro.
