    March 13

    Vicente Garcia-Castillo, 32, of Monroe, was charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child, five counts of third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for April 7.

    Juan Hernandez Cruz, 36, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree grand larceny and third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felonies. He was released on an appearance ticket for April 7.

    Kinzonzi Nanitou, 68, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for March 17.

    Alejandro Garcia, 49, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for April 7.

    Miguel Amador, 42, of Monroe, was charged with an ignition interlock violation and second-degree aggravated operation, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for April 7.

    Irakli Moseava, 52, of Monroe, was charged with having an improperly bonded motor vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for April 7.

    Ana Rubio, 36, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for April 7.

    Craig Davis, 39, of Washingtonville, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $350 cash bail or $1,000 bond, pending a court appearance on April 7.

    Kataesha Stanley, 28, of Monroe, was charged with an open-container violation and released on an appearance ticket for April 7.
