    A 34-year-old Harriman man was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 20.

    A 19-year-old New City man was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 22.

    Jan. 13

    Freddy Gauin Sanchez, 29, of Suffern was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 26.

    Jan. 14

    Luis Marquez Romero, 47, of Peekskill was charged with an ignition interlock violation and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 22.

    Ramaz Jajanidze, 51, of Middlesex, N.J., was charged with petty larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 19.
