The Repair Cafe returns this Saturday, Nov. 20, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Senior Center at the Warwick Town Hall Complex at 132 Kings Highway in Warwick.
Bring your beloved broken items and have them fix them for free with the cafe’s repair coaches.
What can be fixed?
Mechanical and electrical.
Quick repairs and consultations.
Lap tops, tablets, cell phones.
Bikes, jewelry, wooden things.
Clothing, home textiles, soft toys.
Knife and tool sharpening.
Lamp and bike parts are available at our cost.
Limit two items per person.
What can’t be fixed?
No gas or propane-powered items.
Meanwhile, got plant problems?
Visit the “Ask a Master Gardener” Table and chat with Master Gardener volunteers from 10 a.m. to noon about all things gardening – plants, pollinators, soil, vegetable production, etc.
Stop on by if you need a recommendation or help diagnosing a problem. If you can, bring in a sample or a picture and the volunteers will take a look.
They also will have information the Spotted Lanternfly the newest invasive species in our area.
